Hi. Wondering if anyone else gets low battery warning and DES warning lights after washing your bike. I don't flood the bike but it makes me nervous to wash it as this happens most times. Goes away after a 5 min ride. Water getting on the reg/rec is my guess?

honestly, i never wash any of my bikes with water, so couldn’t tell ya, but doesn’t seem normal.

The diagnostics should record everything about battery so your dealer should be able to identify the exact times when the battery was going low.. saying this cos my dealer advised to only have the bike on trickle charge for 1 day a week at most when garages at winter and the 'can-bus' would record exactly when it had been on charge
