Shorten seat for track?

1834 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  simplythebest
I find myself having to constantly move by body back after braking and before entering a corner.
Especially if the turn is a bit bumpy, the weight at the rear seems the settle the bike
The V4s needs a smooth track. Don't have much of those where I live.

I usually do this, but somehow this seems to be an exaggerated movement of the V4 (compared to my other track bikes)
Maybe because the front to back length of the seat is quite a bit on the V4.

Saw a product that could solve this issue

Few questions

1. Has anyone else felt the need to constantly be shoved forward and then consciously move back?
2. Any idea on HSBK racing
3. If they have such a product, does it mean there is a 'problem with ergonomics'
4/ Has anyone tried it?

thanks pc

I purchased it several weeks ago. Best thing I ever purchased for a bike. Comfort and position is the key to riding and being able to control the bike and allow it to do what you ask of it.

Thanks a lot for the reply and the pic. I can see how it looks on the bike!
