Well my bike is back in at Ducati for the third time now.
1. First time was new disks and clocks ( clocks had water ingress, disks rusted)
2. Second time was 5 recalls ( cutting out )
3. Third time 9 more recalls ( clutch issues and cutting out)

Hope bike is better

Unfortunately this is to be expected with a brand new model, but hopefully this last visit will keep you on the road for longer. Has it typically been in an out the same day?
Hi Dude
No they have it for a few days.

The latest updates have really made a difference this time. Fan not cutting in as much now.

Brakes better as well as quick shifter

Feels like a different bike
Can you explain what clutch issues you were having ? I have 1850miles on mine and all of the sudden I have no clutch . But the clutch functioned with the quick shifter ...... I have no clutch handle feel at all . It won’t even fully disengage ..... any help would be great. Thanks .

I replied in the other thread as well, but you have air in the clutch. There's a recall for that. My bike was not listed as needing it, but it certainly did by symptoms (needed bleeding every 200-300 miles or 2-3 days). Dealer ordered the part and put it in during warranty since every time they saw the bike they needed to bleed it as well (600 mile service, had it back there around 1500 miles, and the last time they finally replaced it at 3300 miles or so).
What did they replace ? The entire clutch ? Slave ? What ??

RECALL CR153 SRV-TSB-18-008 UPGRADE OF BREMBO BREMBO CLUTCH FLOATING PISTON KIT

It's a known recall for the V4, the dealer should know about it even if it's not specific to your VIN.

Glad to hear that and I will be looking forward to future ride reports.
Its part why I like seeing long term test rides before buying in. Hopefully this will be the long-term bike i'm looking for.
