Passenger seat doesn’t stay on!!WTF bleeding brakes/clutch

So I installed the passenger seat and pegs yesterday . The seat will not stay in place ....as you ride the passengers weight is really the only thing that keeps it in place .... as soon as you stop and they get off the seat comes loose .... Another shitty design that wasn’t properly vetted by Ducati. I’m starting to believe we all should have waited another model year to get all the kinks worked out . I love the bike and it rides amazing ! One of if not the best bike I’ve ever owned but just too many little stupid things that don’t work as they should have . I mean this bike doesn’t really have a purpose for a passenger .... but sometimes you need to throw some hot ass on the back and scare the shite outta them. 😂😂🤦*♂🤦*♂ I’m calling dealership tomorrow to see what they have to say. Oh Also, get used to bleeding your masters and brakes . Those fancy brackets that hold on the fluid Reservoir by the bars are terribly designed so when any air enters the system it can’t go back up and your beat... just keep a 11mm wrench handy and crack the bleeders on the top and give them a slow pulluntil you see the fluid ..... takes 5 min and your brakes and clutch are brand new again!!!

I'm assuming like with other Ducats that this passenger seat just attaches with some clips/pegs? That's not very reassuring for your pillion rider lol.
You have to remove the back plastics that covers your taillight . You install a completely separate piece and the pillion seat slides in and is supposed to lock in place with your key. Problem is it doesn’t and as you ride it just vibrates loose ... your passenger riders weight keeps them in place and your seat in tack underneath them but it’s def dangerous . I would be surprised if Ducati doesn’t address it as it seems like a big safety issue .
Has there been any fix or solution to this? ( yes this is with passenger tail already on) I’ve searched all over and can’t seem to find a solution. This is a huge safety issue because If there is any sudden stop or increased braking the seat shifts forward and out of the cheap locking system then the passenger is sliding all over the place
I removed the back plastics that came with the passenger seat installation and it just doesnt seem right. Even after everything is bolted together, the seat like wobbles from left to right. I can easily just pull up from the rear of the seat and the back portion comes undone. The front part of the passenger seat stays in place because it's locked. Coming from an R1, this just doesnt seem steady. Like it should really be on there....Anyone have any clues?

Unfortunately that’s the poor design and it was never meant for a passenger seat in all actuality. These are words from my Ducati Dealership. There really isn’t a good fix/solution and it’s unfortunate for the price of the bike. The back part of the seat is a tiny little metal piece with two rubber pieces that are supposed to hold the back of the seat into a plastic hole so to speak on the frame.
