thanks. already placed order for fender eliminator kit. stock is so horrible for such a bada** bike. will be here friday and hope to install asap after receiving bike.
Welcome to the forum! Glad to hear you'll be taking delivery in the next couple days. What bike are you upgrading from?

a suzuki gsxr 750. this bike is a great bike. not one issue the 4 years i owned it. wish i could keep it also but i honestly dont need 2 bikes.
Congrats man and welcome! That's quite the jump in power you've made with the V4, and I wouldn't imagine you'll have much use for the GSXR anymore.

after the scorch marks in the inner thigh from the heat you'll want one a 2nd bike every now and then :p
but yeah I haven't ridden my CBR once... but only 2800 miles in 1 month of ownership now.
picked her up Saturday!! was a hot ride home at 4pm with this Houston heat and humidity. installed the NRC fender kit that same day. cant wait to break her in so i can really open her up! heres a quick pic.

I hope you plan on protecting that paint from getting faded in the hot Houston sun. Red is notorious for that.
Buddy of mine that used to daily his 848 compared it to a low mileage 848... and you wouldn't like to know the difference :D

Even better.

Still, I hope you have plans for at least paint protection film, opti-coat or something similar. after all, they are in a way "insurance" for our paint. Most detailers I know swear by them.

ill definitely look into that. is this something that can be applied or done myself? or will i have to take into a shop for coating?

Most of what motorcycle and automotive detailers do can be done by anyone but the results aren't always the same.

Its best to pay a professional installer that has done it numerous of times, many nuances and things you learn from continuous application

An aftermarket vinyl wrap would accomplish the same thing, and allow you to better customize the bike. More important is that it can be removed/changed at any time.
new pic with wheel tape and tank pad. cant really se tank but its there. also added ducati rizoma bar ends.
