Ducati MotoGP test rider Michele Pirro will show off the companies V4 race machine this weekend at Bennetts British Superbike finale. Looking forward to seeing what Ducati can deliver with this race prototype. I know there are restricted to 1000cc for the Superbike series, so they are probably going to heavily rely on weight reduction.
Glad to see this happening because down the road it could mean we get more of a supersport bike for the street.

kawasaki sort of started it but Ducati can do some damage to this emerging segment.
Do you guys really need more than 1100cc for the street? I think its far more likely that we'll start to see bikes go the route of electrification, once a desirable range can be delivered.

Well that's a bit drastic don't ya think lol. Completely understand where you're coming from though. Thanks to electrification we wont have a lot of purist vehicles left.
