Yeah you read that right. Ducati has reopened bookings in India due to the fact that they only brought an initial 20 units, which sold out in less than a week. Hopefully they don't sell through their supply in the U.S as well.
I don't know why they anticipated that there would be so little interest in the V4 in other markets. Seems more like poor planning from Ducati than anything else. At least they seem to be capable of keeping up with production demands.
I think its in Ducati's best interest to ensure there's adequate allocation of these across the world unless they have a history of just following the strongest sales numbers.
