Hi All, new to the forum and has my V4S since right before lock down in the Uk.
I bought a Skyrich battery conditioner as recommendedby my dealer and I have just gone to put it on for the first time and, trying both the clips and taking the seat off and plugging in, the red light on the plug comes on but no light on the unit is coming on, neither red or green. Has anyone experienced this?
my thought is that it’s faulty. But my dealer is closed because of lockdown and really want to get the battery looked after - is there an OptiMate charger that is recommended to use with the lith ion batteries on the V4S?
Any recommendation or advice is appreciated!

Parf, you battery is “dead” you need to bring it back up to an acceptable charging rate so the tender with recognize it . Email me directly at [email protected] and I can walk you through the process to restore it and get your tender working . I’ve had the same issues and I have the same charger.
