I looked at these and the DB Race mirrors as well. The DB's are much nicer in design, but both the DB's and the Rizomas are shorter in terms of stalk length than OEM and really marginal in their usefulness because of this. With both, I can only see behind me through the gap between my arm and my body, which is ok for changing lanes and spotting traffic coming up behind me while moving, but pretty crappy for watching for cars coming up at a red light or a stop.
Bar end mirrors (variety of good ones from CRG) have much better visibility, but also require moving your eyes further away from the road ahead of you to check.
I may end up going with a single right hand bar end mirror and the OEM mirrors for driving. There's really no good solution.
